
IES200 — Integrated Embroidered Strain Sensor
The IES200 is a high-precision embedded strain sensor for permanent structural monitoring of wind turbine rotor blades.
Manufactured on a GL-certified fiberglass laminate, the sensor is mechanically matched to the blade material and can be integrated directly into the composite structure during production or installed as a retrofit sensor patch.
It provides accurate long-term strain and temperature measurement over the entire service life of the blade — even under harsh environmental conditions.
